The scenes composition mode enables you to create layouts driven directly via the Layout API. RTMP, Webpages, Videos and Images can currently be embedded. For a comprehensive list on all the layer type supported, see the layer types documentation.
Layer Animation
When using scene-based composition, you can use transitions to animate layout changes. We provide a number of basic built-in transitions including basic fades, sliding animations and stingers.
When using scene composition, we provide a number of layout types you can choose to render in your layout.
Using API.stream scene composition, you can build fully api-driven broadcasts from your backend. The following code uses our JavaScript client @api.stream/sdk however all API calls are 1:1 with our REST API and GRPC bindings. A pre-built project for this example can be found on github.
